Toxic people can be toxic in different ways, but we’ll show some of the major markers. Then—this is so key—chapters 6 and 7 (“No Time to Waste” and “Reliable People”) lay out the case for focusing on playing offense. Matthew 6:33 and 2 Timothy 2:2 tell us how crucial it is to be active servants and what we are to focus on in our service.
